Lead times have been extended as we're closed the first week in April. If you order before the 15th you'll get your order the week of the 8th of April

Delivery & Returns




We deliver to mainland UK only. 

Retail items ordered before 1pm will be dispatched the same day using a next day courier. A flat delivery fee of £6.50 applies.


Campervan beds and pods are made to order on a lead time which fluctuates throughout the year. Once completed, your furniture is sent using a next working day courier. You will receive a dispatch email the day before the delivery will be made. 


If your order contains both furniture and accessories we will send these separately. Accessories will be sent next working day and furniture will be sent according to the lead time advertised when you placed your order.


As we are sending large, heavy items of furniture not all postcodes in the UK can be covered by our delivery charge. We may have to add an extra charge to get items to some areas including the following postcodes AB, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE, BT, IM, IR. We may cancel any order that falls outside of our standard delivery charge area. If you know you live in an area deemed as Highlands, UK Islands or Northern Ireland please contact us before you place an order and we will be happy to provide a delivery cost for your address. We cannot send items through third party couriers such as Address Pal as our items are too large and heavy and they will not be accepted by these companies. We are not currently sending items to Northern Ireland


The courier we use is APC. Once the delivery of your order has been booked you will be notified via email and sent tracking details. The recipient's signature is required by APC.


You can collect your order free of charge from our workshop in Keighley, West Yorkshire.


Returns Policy

Retail items

Returns are accepted within 30 days of original delivery of the item(s). Items should be returned to us in brand new, unused condition in original packaging. A full refund minus delivery charges will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the item(s). Return postage is at your expense. Items should be returned to Camit Design, 6 Steeton Grove, Steeton, Keighley, BD20 6TT. Please include your invoice or packing slip with any items that are being returned. 

Items that arrive damaged will be replaced at no expense to you. Please notify us by email or phone within 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. We will cover return postage. On inspection of the product we will then send a replacement item within 5 working days.

Furniture items

All furniture units are made to order to individual requirements and are not returnable.

If you change your mind after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible by email as it may be possible to cancel your order provided production has not begun.

If a unit has been damaged during delivery please contact us as soon as possible by email so we can resolve any issues. We will require evidence of the damaged part(s). We will replace any part(s) damaged in transit free of charge.

Any part(s) damaged by a customer can be replaced at the customer's expense for the part(s) and the delivery.

We take our customers privacy very seriously. As part of our business we collect names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses provided by our customers. This is only used in provision of goods and services and dealing with customer enquiries. Data is stored on a secure server. We do not hold credit or debit card information. Our payments are processed by third parties; paypal. We are not responsible for information held by these third parties and you should refer to their individual privacy policies for further information. We do not sell data to any third parties.

Occasionally we may give external links to third party websites via our website or blog. Affiliate links (where we may receive a commission for visits or purchases after following the link) will be fully disclosed. We are not responsible for the content of any external links followed from our website.

Under GDPR you have the right to access any information we hold on you. Please email and we will respond to your request within 7 working days. You have the right to request in writing that all or parts of the data is deleted and removed from our records and we will do so immediately.


Cookies Policy

We use cookies to monitor visits to our website in order to provide a better customer experience. Cookies count site visits and traffic sources, so we can monitor and improve performance and allow us to see how visitors use the site. All information gathered by cookies is anonymous. We use Google Analytics.
